Nachdem Carola Block von Misereor in einem ersten Schritt in einem Workshop mit dem Weltnotwerk und Vertretern der KAB, die Partnerschaften betreuen, eine Evaluierung durchgeführt hat, ist sie nun vom 1.-3.2.19 in Nairobi, um dort ebenfalls einen Workshop mit dem dortigen Vorstand und Vertretern des Nationalteams durchzuführen. Es werden zudem Einzelinterviews geführt. Danach wird der für die Evaluierung vor Ort zuständige Fachmann, Herr Ombok, Vorstandsmitglieder der CWM zu Ortsgruppen vor Ort zu weiteren Interviews begleiten. In einem Bericht von Frau Block soll Auskunft über den Stand der Partnerschaften gegeben werden. Die Partner und das Weltnotwerk haben dann auch die Möglichkeit, ihre Arbeit zu verbessern. Das Ergebnis ist auch hinsichtlich der im Herbst anstehenden neuen Budgetierung für die Spendengelder des Weltnotwerkes wichtig.
Misereor visits CWM in Kenya
After Carola Block of Misereor has conducted an evaluation in a first step in a workshop with the Weltnotwerk and representatives of the KAB, who are in charge of partnerships, she is now in Nairobi from 1-3.2.19 to conduct a workshop with the local board and representatives of the national team. Individual interviews will also be undertaken. The expert responsible for local evaluation, Mr Ombok, will then accompany CWM chairteam to base groups for further interviews. A report by Ms. Block will provide information on the status of the partnerships. The partners and the Weltnotwerk will then also have the opportunity to improve their work. The result is also important with regard to the new budgeting for the donations of the Weltnotwerk in autumn.
